Std Client 8.5.1 not Connecting, stpresencesubmgr not running, Solution to start ST Presence Subscriptions...

Great post for me.
I was unable to connect with stand alone 8.5.1 client.
stpresencesubmgr service was not running on windows 2003 server with only 2G memory.
Setting STPresenceSubscriptionMgr_VM_ARGS parameter to 512 solved the problem.
